2007 Launch Neutral Safety Switch

I'm having intermittent starting issues (cold,warm). I checked starter and battery connections and all seems ok. I found the neutral safety switch and planned on testing it. It is located behind a bank of electrical connections and a metal panel. Any suggestions on a relatively easy way to get to it?

By the way, I hear a click everytime I turn the key.

Sounds to me like the starter / solenoid is going. I would test the voltage there to begin with.
