Supra comp 351w resistance wiring question

I'm restoring a supra comp, and at the back of the engine next to the 50 amp breaker i see a resistance, and for some reason it's not wired... where is this supposed to be wired to?

Does your boat have a electronic ignition conversion ?

Ummm i need to check that, i can check that in the distributor? If its points or electronic isn't it?

yup, pop the cap and rotor off. There should be either points or electronic ignition module there. EI doesn't use a ballast resistor.
