Anyone else having issues with the Roswell racks staying locked?
Mine wont stay locked and the push pins keep falling out!

It's now been a month since I took my 2005 Launch back to the dealer for something that has been in the shop now for the 3rd time. Every time they install new racks and swivel then after a month it all happens again!

Anyone?

My cousin has a new Launch 21, his board racks swivel on their own all the time too!! While driving down the highway & while cruising down the lake. Don't have any suggestions, but just wanted to let you know that they have trouble with them too!!

I just spoke with someone from Roswell last week about the rack issues. He told me to check back in a week or two for the fix. It sounded like they are in the process of totally redesigning the swivels and the new ones will work on the racks we have.

I have not had any problems with my Swivels on a 05 24 SSV But the new swivels for 07 are on a gear system not ball bearings and they also only have one button not 3

Thanks guys, looks like were all in the same Supra boat!
Like I said above this is the 3rd time for mine to be replaced, maybe 3rd time will be the charm!

I dont have much faith in the board racks I have on my 06. Mine had problems before the boat was bought, and shortly after the boat was bought. The new swivels however, do look good. Can't wait to exchange.

I complained about this on another website and Roswell sent me some new parts for free. It's a whole new set up with a "pin" that goes through the wholes rather than the ball bearing ones. I like them much better and I never have to worrry about them flinging out again on their own plus they rattle less now.

I bought an 06 220SSV yesterday and noticed one of the racks wasn't locking. The salesman was already working with another customer so I left a note on his desk. Hopefully when I pick the boat up this weekend it's locked and loaded!

I have to give props to Roswell for stepping up and taking care of the issues they have had with the racks. They have been sending free parts and upgrade kits for 05' and 06's with the problem. Get in touch with Marc directly at roswell and he will take care of you. Great Customer service.... yes it is an unfortunate problem, but they are taking care of it. Good luck
