Electrical issue on 21v launch

I just got a 2005 launch 21v and everything was working fine and tonight I lost power to one of the ballast. I was able to find the blown fuse but before I did I pushed a lot of the reset or breaker buttons under the dash. Now none of my electrical works except the perfect pass and it starts up and runs fine. Stereo, lights, all three ballast, and bilge are all dead which were working before I started messing around. Does this make sense? What should I check first? Both batteries are fully charged and clean connections. Please help!

did you played around on the "fuse", sry don't know the exact name, in the Battery department - you have two there. One to turn and one to press.

That was it! The turn one. The right ballast is still blowing the fuse instantly when I try to drain it but I'm guessing it's a bad pump. Thanks for your help!
