Replacing blower hose

Hey guys, i need to replace my entire blower hose and was wondering how these vents come out, anyone know? was looking at it this weekend and it looks like the blower is only hooked to one of the four spots (2 per side) in the back at these vents and the other 3 are just vents to the bilge area?

The only other way to get to the backside of the vents to replace the hose looks like to pull the gas tank, which id rather not do.

Any help would be appreciated, thx

Yea, I noticed there was no accordian hose on the bilge blower, so i started tracing it back, pulled up the floor behind the trans, there was a piece of 3" PVC near the mufflers, no hose forward of the PVC to the blower, totally gone, and the piece going from the PVC to the rear pulled off the PVC and it has deteriorated to the point of it just crumbling if you touch it. So yea, i need to basically replace it all front to back. Getting behind the gas tank or pulling that port side vent looks to be the most challenging part so far.
