Hi, I have a 2009 with an Indmar Assault 340.
Recently the strainer basket got clogged, and the engine starved of water(temp only got to 178) and then I quickly shut it off. Never got an alarm, but the exhaust manifolds heated up and blew a cooling hose on the one side.
I fixed all, and the engine seemed fine, but then it started to run very rich(I think). I thought maybe one of the O2 sensors was shot, so I put in a new one. Still have problems.
The engine seems to run fine at higher rpm, wakeboard speeds and up. At idle the engine almost seems to flood out, and the exhaust smells. Any ideas? Local dealer said to change the O2 sensor as a start as well...what should I do next?
