Here is the angle cuts for the engine box. Take the measurements from old box. The hardest part is determining the angles to cut. email me at [email protected] for any questions or tricks. I have built several over the years. Pick a good select pine 1"x8" once all cuts are made you can seal with a clear wood sealeant. Put three coats of sealeant then staple with 1 1/2" staples. Make sure you use only a few staples then measure with cover on before putting hundred of staples in.
