Before the Summer Upgrades!!

Finally got some time off work and decided to start installing the upgrades I bought for the ole boat over the winter. I know we got some Monster Tower haters on here and some only prefer New Dimensions but I wanted a more modern look so I went with the MTK. Only got the tower and Bimini on so far but that's as far as I could get with the rain coming in before I had to put the boat back up. Still have 4 wet sound speaker, 2 swivel board racks, and some other stereo upgrades to install but I took a few pics anyways. I think it looks good but only time will tell I guess, let me know what y'all think so far!

Thanks! My wife hates reverse towers but I just ignored her on this one lol. I'll put some more pics up as I finish with everything.

I haven't seen many forward-swept towers on older boats before, I think it looks pretty good, and it's kind of nice not to have all that extra tubing up front. I'm interested to hear how it performs. How was the install? Seems like access to the underside of the mount points would be slightly better where yours is mounted compared to a traditional tower as well.

It was ok, not really that hard I just had to do some fab work to get it to mount on the top of the deck instead of the sides. I think it looks 10xs better that way. Plus the way I have it supported it has to be at least 3" thick but it just wasn't a 6 hr install like they claim. I like to take a little pride in my work. Lol.

Yeah. I don't think you can beat them for the price. I ordered them off amazon. They sound good until you crank the tower speakers. Lol.

The Polk 651's are a good marine grade speaker if you're on a budget as well.

Your right Zim, it was between the 2 but the Infinity matched the color of my boat. Deal breaker!

The Polks and Infinity are the 2 I was looking at but the color is the problem for me. Nothing is blue on mine.
