When I turn key to accessories only, The engine turns over. I have checked all the grounds and changed out the ignition and it still is cranking on accessories. Any ideas or suggestions?

It sounds like maybe the starter solenoid is stuck. A couple raps on the starter may free it. If it is not the solenoid, then a short between the accesory wire and the start wire may have happened. That involves spending some time working from the switch back to the starter with a test light or ohm meter.

Sounds as if you have the power wire for the start solenoid connected to the wrong part of the ignition. How many poles are on the back of your ignition switch. 3 or 4
