Saltare 454 WOT RPM

Just like the subject line says. What is The rpm's at wide-open throttle on anyone's 454's?

I run mine up to about 4800rpms. It will go higher but it just seems to make more noise at that point (and it doesn't go any faster.)

I had mine at 4300-4400 at touched 39. Wasn't sure how high it would rev.

Pretty sure my motor says 4300-4500 Max rpm right on it. If I recall from last year mine at WOT pushed about 4200 @ right around 40 mph

To be honest on that boat I don't know the prop specs.
