2000 Launch gauges don't work

All switches work as does radio but no guages at all. Water sprays from under the dash at high speed so I assume this is the speedo's feed hose. Haven't been under the dash yet as I thought I would get some ideas first. Everything was OK last year. Thanks for your thoughts.

Under the dash is your mdc1600, th's computer system that runs all the gauges. Since none work and water is spraying I'd say water has froze in the computer and cracked it to pieces, thus frying it. Or maybe the tubes are just off of the computer system
