6 hours on the water yesterday. Too many spots to visit today, so probably won't get on the water today.:(

Inair, im actually down on lake Harding this weekend about 30 miles south of west pt. Lake. My fokes have a place down here so we spend quite a bit of time here on weekends. Most of my west pt. lake going is during the week. Where are you from?

Was here yesterday until work called saying I needed to come in and work the next five days straight. Won't get back until Thursday as I am planning on ending my work week in Atlanta for the Wake the World event.

Shnook1 we live in Tyrone near Peachtree City. We sometimes go to Allatoona because the drive is about the same but we don't go there on weekends. It's always easy to find nice water to ride on at Westpoint even on a holiday like today.

Im actually from LaGrange... we should hook up sometime that you are coming down. West pt. Lake is only 6 miles from my house so most any time is doable for us unless we are coming down to Lake Harding.

P.s once we got up to speed the wash clears out and the surf wake is much better than pictured here.

Glad to hear people enjoying fathers day. Ours was not so good... We need more parts in addition to the $500 we already spent on repairing our boat lift. Keuka Lake froze over real good and totally wiped out our steel dock and two aluminum lifts... And on top of that Saturday a fuel problem came up so our CC can do no more than idle speed or else it starves for fuel... So we ordered a new Racor fuel filter element ordering more boat lifts parts tomorrow or Tuesday when ever the parts places open up... Today was spent working on the boat lift trying to get as far as we could. No fun on the water for fathers day :(

But luckily Friday night and Saturday were spent hanging out with good friends having a good time :D

Sorry for the bad luck. Not all days can be gems I suppose.. Happy father's day none the less. Good luck in your repairs.

Baled and put away 1100 bales of hay today. Got to make hay while the sun is shining. Unfortunately pulled the boys behind the tractor riding hay wagons instead of Pulling them with the boat on wakeboards.

Daughter was pretty nice to me though. Did wish me a happy fathers day. lol

The wife and kids took me out to dinner Saturday, and I messed around painting the brakes on my car Sunday, all day Sunday. Alot of work, but I like how they came out. Used Duplicolors kit with ceramic paint, we'll see how it holds up!

Spent 3 hrs on the boat with my parents on Sat, beautiful weather. Sun went out for about 4 hrs with my wife and kids, however it was soooo windy there were 2ft rollers. That much wind and waves in a com is not fun!!! However relaxing at the sand bar was just what I needed, guess I will have to make up for the lack of skiing tonight after work.

Blackntan90 I've used that stuff b4 it holds up pretty well. Only bad thing is brake dust stands out more once they are painted.

Went out in the afternoon with some friends. This kid loves the boat, he makes piles of pillows and calls it a boat, he makes boats out of his little blocks... definitely my son.

A page from my Father's Day book! He's 6yrs old and loves the new boat. Also a pic of the boat for comparison. http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/06/19/javeqyda.jpghttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/06/19/edahezes.jpg

Biggsie thats awesome. Always a good feeling when they love the same things you do. My little guy asks everyday when I pick him up from daycare if we are going to the lake today.

shnook1 - would love for you to come up to the Supra Reunion in Chattanooga. Inair is coming from your area and we've got people coming as far away as Chicago. I'm originally from Newnan and boated on West Point a lot growing up.

It actually would be great for anyone from this thread to join the reunion, but I'm picking on shnook1 since he's just a few hours away.

Titan, would love to make it. However the same weekend a friend of mines band is playing on 2 tree island on lake Harding and we've made plans to go there. Hopefully I can make it next year. Would really like to meet some of the guys from the forum.
