Have a buddy looking at a boat. I went and looked at it and it looks solid. Interior needs a little work but not a full replacement. 430 some hours on an HO 351 Guy is asking 10500 Obo. Being it's all composite, what do you think he should offer and what would top dollar be? He has 3 small kids so it will be a family boat.
Here are some pics. http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/06/23/pybugapy.jpghttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/06/23/aresynug.jpghttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/06/23/4asy8y3e.jpghttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/06/23/3araduha.jpg

I can't tell if it's the phone or the actual boat but the interior looks awfully rough. Ditch the tapatalk and upload those thing without the compression if you can.
EDIT: I see you say it's a little rough. Is that dirty? Torn, destroyed? If it's just dirty no biggie. If it's got tears, deduct $750-$1000.
If it's clean, runs well, and everything checks out electronically I'd say between $9500 and $10,000 is about right where that boat needs to be. So start lower and see what happens.
But if it's torn up on the interior I'd say $8500-9500 is about right.

Dirt and a few cracks. Maybe 2 or 3 cushions have cracks. Rest is just dirt. I told my buddy it would be hard pressed to get it for less then 8500-9000.
