Bow eye hook replacement

I need to replace my bow eye hook on my supra launch 21v 2006. Any hints on removing the back rest cushion in the bow to get access to the nuts on the inside? there are 2 small nuts/bolts down low on each side but need to know if there are any other fasteners that need to be addressed to remove the cushion.

My bow cushion on my 04 was a complete PITA. I had to enlarge my speaker holes slightly and get my wifes skinny arms in there with a ratchet ring spanner. I believe the hull and decks are fully assembled in halves and then joined at the rubstrip.
