Nisswa marine can get them for 120 plus shipping with out the rubber inserts or 180 with them! I know its a lot but its better then a hole in the floor!

I have a 90 conbrio that when i purchased it had a busted foot plate also. I priced the new one and decided that was just way too much money, so I tried to fix it and had what I would call suscess. First I used super glue to get close the gap between the two pieces of plastic. Next I used JB Weld on the inside of the footpanel because you can shape it smooth with your finger and once it is dry it is hard as a rock, the only draw back is it is gray where the foot plate is black, a very small inconvience for the price savings. Next I went to my local auto shop and got a fiberglass repair kit, make sure you rough the plastic up before using it or it will not stick, then cover the corners and up the walls with the new fiberglass. After this hardens use a knife and cut out the drain hole and you now have a useable footplate, and from the top the only visable sighn that it is repaired is the gray JB Weld in the corners around the foot plate. I have went out twice since this fix and it is working awsome.

I called Skiers Choice directly and they had the footplate in stock. I had to deal with a local dealer, but I was able to get one. The new version is fiberglass instead of plastic which is nice, but the drain hole was not cutout and became a real pain in the $#%@ to install. It's in now and looks great and is much more durable.

What did you do with the drain hole? I just picked up a fiberglass one as well and need install it in my 1990 conbrio. Any suggestions?
