I'm trying to figure out to weight my boat I've filled all the factory ballast plus have a 800 lbs bag on one side and still can't get the wake right for wake surfing. Do I need more weight in the front of the boat ? Any information would be great.

I just got mine curling right in time to winterize it. We put 1100# bag on the side we are surfing, and 1100 in the front under the play pen, and empty on the opposite side. We seem to get the very best curl at 12 mph and with a very slight turn into the surfer. It takes about 30 seconds after reaching speed for the wave to take a steady shape.

Your factory bag in the rear corner compartment is your issue. Switch it with the 800. Remove weight from the front until you get a clean, step, short pocket then increase weight to increase pocket depth until you loose push then back it off.

Without gates I ran 750 on the rear Surf side, 400 none Surf. 1250 on the Surf side floor, about 750 in the front center. With gates I removed the front weight and decreased the floor weight to 400, non Srf to 250
