2015 Southern Supra Reunion Revised

Well, since the three of us originally sat down and started planning this annual event, all three of us have gotten bombarded with work and this, coupled with the lack of traction has taken us back to the drawing board. We have decided against reinventing the wheel this year so the location is going to stay the same as it has been since the very beginning, Harrison Bay. There is a change in date though that is necessitated and that date is now going to be June 12-14.

Please reply to this thread if you are planning to attend or even remotely interested so we can start preparing for you guys/gals.

Any one else heard about a very big music event happening in the Chattanooga area the week-end we are planning our get together? The last two years we rented an RV and camped at Harrison Bay state park. This year there are no RVs for rent anywhere. They are all reserved for the big music event! I'm a little bummed but we are starting to look for hotels. Anyone have a recommendation? I know some folks did that last year.

Sorry that you're not able to find an RV, but that's not surprising for that time period. Maybe look into some private rentals.

As the time is fast approaching for the TN reunion, we have finalized the graphic and color for the shirts this year. The price for shirts will be $20 for all sizes XL and smaller and $22 for all sizes 2XL and larger. You can arrange to pick up your shirts at the event, or you can have them shipped to you if you prefer or if you are unable to attend but would like some Supra gear to show your pride. Shipping will be an additional $5.00.

Please PM me here or you can email me at [email protected] with your orders. Please include sizes and how many of each size that you prefer. I will be accepting checks as payment for now. All shirt orders must be in by May, 25th so that we can be sure to have the shirt order completed in time for the reunion.

I'm going to try to make it. Currently my supra is split in two pieces. It will be a long shot and nearly impossible but we are going to try.... We will have to pull a few all nighters in order to shoot the gel coat, build the motor, and screw down some fancy interior (camping chairs from the local Walmart).

I'm flying in to ATL either Thursday night or Friday morning and riding up with a few others this year instead of trailering my boat all the way down there solo. I'll be heading back out Sunday morning as I have to work that day as of right now.

I'm not completely sure. But we'll have more people that actually I know. Mine is out of commission, Daniel's is not able to make the trip, and Ben will be there, but is not towing from Chicago again. I can say that I'm making a dinner reservation for 22, so I think that's the minimum we'll have.

The reunion went great. Lots of people, and new people to boot. Boats, people, shirts, food and water sports. Hard to go wrong. Our chief photographer has been out of town since the event and we're waiting to get some pics - should be very soon. Missed having your family there this year.

The reunion went great. Lots of people, and new people to boot. Boats, people, shirts, food and water sports. Hard to go wrong. Our chief photographer has been out of town since the event and we're waiting to get some pics - should be very soon. Missed having your family there this year.

For the record, the chief photographer bought a lake house and has spent better part of every weekend since enjoying it.
I maybe 5 months behind your schedule but when you're on lake time, who looks at clocks or calendars? :)
