Bilge Pump Replace

I have a 89 Mariah I believe it needs the bilge pump replaced as when I turn it to manual and put my hand on it I feel nothing and can't hear it either. Anyway looking to see how do these things come out?
Hard to get in there and see it and don't see anything on top.

Any help would be appreciated.

What model bilge pump?
Can you supply a pic?
Some you simply twist a quarter turn
Some you need to unscrew with screwdriver on visible screws.
Have you checked you're wiring for loose connection or ?

When you hit the switch does the light on the dash come on?
Is it getting power?
