07 Sopra 22sv will not turn / steer under load

The steering works fine most of the time, it does tend to get stiff under load and occasionally locks up. Once I throttle back it releases and goes back to working. I took it into a dealer and the checked it out in the tak and said they found nothing.

Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated
