Ez pass issues I think

Hi new to the boat world and this forum,so I'll apologize now lol. I have 2006 supra launch 21v that keeps having issues after engaging cruise. Keeps surging,continues to do so Evan after shutting off. Please help??? Almost like throttle position sensor???

Looks like same symptoms Evan with out cruise more weight in boat faster it stars to surge.

Just to be sure, are you in neutral when you turn it on and off?

yes it's neutral

There is some troubleshooting info in there if it is "hunting" for a speed in wakeboard mode, as well as some info about surging (page 2 of second link) when the boat is weighted with ballast.

fuel filter is all it was,possibly original.
