Cell Phone Holders and Additional cup holders,..What do you use?

OK so there are obviously hundreds of options when it comes to cell phone holders out there. What do you guys use? I ask because I am looking to mount my phone within my reach so that I can use it for music etc. I am thinking of a windshield mount, but not sure how a suction cup will hold up to the pounding of the waves.

Also looking to add three additional cup holders. I was considering the flip-up/folding style for the passengers in the rear seats, as well as for one at the drivers seat near the shifter for me. The cup holder on the driver side walkthrough is uncomfortably out of my reach. Looking for something simple and sleak.

I was thinking about adding 4 or 6 to the engine box lid. Another good spot is one on each of the aft seat cushion near the corner. Ill check tomorrow...cant remember if there is support of if its all cushion.

For my Ipad and phone i use a system called Ram Mount http://www.rammount.com/ on my Supra and my Yacht, they are great in heavy seas and bouncing about over wash on the lakes, very sturdy and strong.

I bought those to replace broken one on my Saltare (they look the same as factory ones) and add 2 more on the dash arround the glove box :

I was considering adding cup holders to the engine cover as well, but that will most likely be done this winter when I re-upholster the cover. No sense in hacking it up at this time.
