I have a 2007 supra launch 21v. I have the original ballast system and the side bags are not working. It is the same fill pump for all three but when trying to fill the sides the pump does not turn on. The center tank fills and empties fine but the sides do not fill or empty. The light for the switches come on when you switch them to fill or empty. Any suggestions as to where the issue is in the line?
