Hesitation and backfire 325 EFI

Hello,
My first EFI boat and it is acting up.
I have the 325 EFI engine in my 2006 Launch 20.
The problem is that when I am accelerating from a stop there
is a hesitation and even a backfire sometimes. The boat has 100 hrs.
Trying to get some ideas...
We bought the boat used and have no warranty support from Supra....

Probably a clogged fuel filter(s) causing a lean condition. Try the simple stuff first on a newish engine.

If you spend 200 bucks, indmar will transfer the three year engine warranty to you. I just bought my 06 22ssv and did that. Your local supra dealer should be able to help you out with that.

Has anyone had this problem besides the fuel filter?
It only happens at the end of a hard day. Starts out fine and then by the end of the day it gets worse!!!!!

I had this problem with my 2001 Launch SSV. The cause was due to the fuel tank vent allowing water to enter the tank. Once that was corrected the problem went away completely. I did replace the filter and ran the next 10 tanks of gas with fuel stabilizer in it to ensure the moisture was completely removed from the system.
