I just purchased a 2002 Supra Launch and wondering what fuel treatment if any people are doing.
When I start the boat and it turns over it doesn't always start right away, I need to keep it turning over for 10-30 seconds.
Could it be bad gas or water in the tank? Thoughts on how to fix?
Thanks. Paul

If you are concerned about water in the fuel change your fuel filter.
Add some fuel treatment with water removing properties .
If not yet solved comsider draining your tank and replacing with fresh fuel.
This all said, it may not be bad fuel but perhaps low fuel pressure, dirty injectors etc.
If you know nothing re mechanics best you search out a reliable marine mechanic to sort out your issue.

I have the same boat. I found that premium gas works best. Regular gas makes the engine perform poorly. I always add Marine stabile to the gas, and just before I pull it for the winter, I run it nearly dry of fuel, then fill it with non ethanol gas for winter storage.

When's the last time you checked the plugs, cap and rotor? If they are clean, then try turning the key on for 2 seconds and back off. Immediately cycle it again 2-3 times and try the start. If that helps, your fuel rail is losing pressure.
