I have a 1995 Comp TS6M for sale. The boat is equipped with the 310HP GT-40 motor. I replaced the starter, Plugs, and changed the oil at the end of the season. I am asking $9,899.00 OBO. The trailer is in great shape with new tires. The Hull is in like new condition. The cover is like new stored indoors for the winter. This boat has never been stored on the water only trailered to and from the lake. the vinyl is in good condition. The boat only has 352 hours on it, which averages out to 14 hours per year. Light usage to say the least. I would consider partial trades. Things I will consider are SUV's, Motorcycles, four wheelers, another boat, just let me know what you have. Thanks for your consideration.

Post more pics of the boat. This gt40 has the original intake. Not the cheaper version they started using later on.

Do you have any advice for me as to generating interest? I am new to the site, and don't seem to be getting any hits at all. I have five children, all small under the age of 8. I am looking to buy a more family oriented boat. This boat is in excellent condition. I have never driven it over 30MPH due to safety for the children.

The problem you are going to run into is that the Comp was a purpose built boat for tournament type skiing. Since everyone seems to care about wake sports like wake boarding and surfing, the Comp is not as desirable and most people will just overlook it for something bigger with more freeboard and designed to throw a wake.

Are they any water ski groups around you?...websites, colleges, etc. You need to find the right target audience. You might list it on onlyinboards.com, too. Again, mostly wakeboard boats there but you'll get more exposure than here. Plus, it's a tough time of year to sell.

Do you think the price is off base? I looked it up on bluebook, and they show 10-14,000. I thought I was well into the quick sell price zone.

Because it's a ski boat I would guess you're a little high. Think 8500-9k is right considering how nice the boat is. I would also post it on ball of spray forum. It's a really nice boat. The market is going to hold it back.
