pcm -40 1.23/1 Transmission

This may be a dumb question but I just want to make sure before I change the transmission fluid.

I have a 91 Supra Mariah with an pcm -40 1.23/1 Transmission. I want to change the oil in it and the plate says to use SAE 20-20w Engine Oil grade sf/cd. What i was wondering is if there is a marine grade I should use. What brand do you guys recommend?

That was changed to Dexron III in later years.
