I know it's kinda beating a dead horse, but I can't decide on a prop. Looking at the Acme 541 and 543. I run about 2400lbs ballast in my 2001 Supra Launch DD. 800 on each side of the motor, 400 factory hard tank under the rear seat, and 350-550lbs in the bow/ski locker. The stock OJ Legend 3 blade 13 x 13 is getting it done, but not as easily as I would like. Plus it's a bit dinged up...I'm wondering if the 541 will get me right, or should I sacrifice top speed and get the 543. Unweighted, I'm only getting 39-40mph at WOT where I used to get 45-47. I'd like to get 45mph again as we do a little river cruising as well. Any help is appreciated...especially those with the same application.
