Not a lot to see or go on?
From pics it looks clean. How is hull and gel coat condition.
Never purchase without first doing a compression test on all cylinders - a must.
Here in B C , Canada there recently was a cherry 98 sunsport with approx 800 hours for 17,000.
Discount 25 % in favour of your dollar and that price is similar to your asking.
Is upholstery clean , no repairs needed.
General care and condition of boat dpeaks volumes re how previous owner cared for it.
Receipts available for past servicing? 1000 hours not a concern if regular oil changes etc.
Trailer condition?
If in doubt spend a few hundred and hire a pro marine surveyor.
