I'm thinking about adding one of these to my '88 comp. we just bought a house with lake access to a damed up river. With many low spots in the lake I want a way to monitor the depth a little easier.
Has anyone used one of these?

I installed a similar unit in my 89 Sunsport where the clock was in 89 still works great. I like the water temp feature on that one.

It's ordered, should be here next week. The water temp feature was the reason I went with faria over the hummingbird.

Do you know of a place to get the center logo for the steering wheel? I just have a cheap black foam one and yours looks real nice.

Got deck mounted, now have to work on mounting the transmitters. Two temperature sensors and one transmitter.

If you haven't mounted the transducers yet, I would suggest using silicon or some temporary adhesive in different areas to make sure it reads at all speeds you want (not interfered with by cavitation/water flow) before drilling holes in the transom. Also put silicon/4200 on the screw threads to keep water out and tight.
