Speedo a bit wonky

I've got a 2002 Launch. It's got a perfect pass system installed which works great. The analog speedo on the left isn't consistent, seems to have a mind of its own... I'd like to get it working properly if possible. Any thoughts?

If it's just inconsistent you'll want to look for bad connections. Good news is that isn't affecting the PP, which is a plus

My 03 has a rheostat to fine tune the speedo. Can almost guarantee yours does to. On Supras web page you can download the user manual and it talks about it in there.
