The best wave you've ever surfed?

So.... I'm in the market for a boat and figured this has been the forum I've been most involved in over the last 10 years so I obviously trust you guys. What's the best boat you've surfed behind? Do you remember how it was set up?

Before all this surf gate business, I would have said Centurion. A little added ballast, you could surf for days... Stock ballast plus six adults:o
