1987 Saltare' noise in gear.

I posted this as part of my past question about the packing, but got no specific response. Just started last weekend, a ringing noise when the boat is in gear. Audible at 750rpm. Is there a bushing on the drive shaft, or a bearing or some such that might be crapping out?

Post a video. Also try reving it in neutral to see if it's there while not moving. There are bearings in the tranny.

No noise when it's not engaged. The Salt is in my garage at Cumberland, so no vids for awhile. :-(
