12v power outlets stopped working

Hello everyone.anyone else had this happen?any ideas on where to look for a fuse etc? They both worked fine last season.Thanks for any advice 2003 launch ssv

My connection came loose behind the panel

Thanks.checked connections and everything was fine.there has to be a fuse or breaker somewhere that I could check.anyone know where or how to find it? Thanks
