Tested My Wake-Shaper

I had the chance to test out my wake-shaper I bought 2 months ago on my 2009 22ssv. I only had about an hour an a half to set things up but i'm pretty happy with the results, I still have more tweeking to do though
both rear lockers 1100's full
center 600 full
IBS up front 500
and 3 adults and 3 kids

Wave looked good. I've bought a wake-shaper but have not used it yet. Tried surfing without it last weekend and I just wasn't getting the push I wanted. What speed did you use with your setup?

I was going 11.8mph but honestly the video and pics don't make it look as good as it was in person but i have more tweeking to do.

Do you have any pics of install on the 242. I have ordered one and I am nervous about the fit.

ya the 242 transom looks like it might be a little bit tricky but one thing is on my boat the less angle i had the better the wave was

It is very tricky. I tried several times with the boat in the water to mount the wake-shaper unsuccessfully. I was getting pretty frustrated with it and ready to send it back. Saturday I was able to mount it with the boat out of the water and I think I have it figured out. I'll try to get a pic this weekend.

What model did you order?

Im surprised you had trouble with it, I thought it was quite easy to switch it from side to side

You guys try a SuckGate? I removed my Wake-Shaper and switched this this, performance is equal.
