Anyone ever boat on lake Springfield il ? heading there in a couple weeks for this rock the dock party.

I was there once . Its heavily patrolled and the shoreline is loaded with rich IL politicians houses.

As Eric said though. Heavily patrolled, so have all of your effects in line and proper items on your boat.
The lake gets super crowded on the 4th too. Especially after 1-2:00 pm.
