bags won't fill or empty

I have a 2006 supra launch and the bags won't fill or empty. I test the power and there is none, is there a circuit breaker that I can't find. The switch's light up but pump's don't work.

My 2011 does have a ballast pump circuit breaker in the engine compartment, not sure about the 2006.

Look at the fuses under the dash that's where mine are on 2008 24 ssv

My '07 has a reset button right next to the ballast switches.

pg. 40 tells where your circuit breakers are. check those.

From page 41 :If the system fails to fill or drain, you may check the resettable breaker on the switch panel, or the separate ballast fuse block located under the dash area.
