Seat removal

Does anyone know how to remove the driver seat from the pedestal in a 2003 Launch SSV? Is it possible? I would like the entire seat and pedestal removed but it is difficult to get to all the screws holding down the pedestal. I need to work in some wiring up under the dash and would like unobstructed access to that area.

Success. I was able to figure out how to get it off the seat off the pedestal and remove the entire seat.
