So I am trying to find a trailer for an '87 Sunsport, but am not having much luck finding anything local.
That said I need to move the boat ASAP and am at the point of either having to pay someone hundreds of dollars to transport and put it on blocks, or buying a trailer and doing a custom fab job to make it work.
I wanted to see if anyone recommends a specific brand/style trailer to start with for this boat. I have access to steel, torches and welders so that won't be an issue.
Another question I have is: Can these boats go on roller trailers or only bunks? All of the factory models are bunks but I have seen a few saltares on rollers (I know they are shaped differently and I believe lighter.
Anyway, I just wanted to get some input and see if anyone has done this before. Thank you in advance.
