How to remove rear seat back? 2006 22ssv

Hi all,

I got myself a project.
2006 22ssv which was run aground hard... all underwater running gear is bent, prop is gone, huge scrape and a nice hole in the hull.
need to get to the nuts of the prop strut.

Question:

how do you remove the U shaped rear seat back?

I was expecting to find some screws in back through the engine compartment, but did not find anything obvious.
