Attach options - top cap to the floor

In my 86 Supra there's individual screws with screw caps that attach the inner top cap to the floor. Most of these screws and holes are good, with the exception of a few where the screw hole has spider-webbed and created a crack. I'd like to cover up this entire lip to the floor with teak strips similar to the teak strips that adorn the top of the top cap (where you step in and out).
Anyone have any of these strips of teak they've pulled off and not re-used?
