Here is the starting point. Paid $750 for the boat. Mechanic just checked the motor, 120 compression on all 8 (allegedly has 2000 hrs on it per the original owner of 28 yrs...)
It's in better shape than I thought and for $750 it was practically free... We are slapping a new carb and plugs and going to take it out for a while and see if I need to worry about a rebuild in the near future.
The upholstery in in great shape except for the rear seat and ski locker cover. There are a couple of minor dings in the gelcoat on bow, but nothing major. The stringers of course are bad and that is the first job on the list. New stringers, transom, floors and carpet. I will post pix as it progresses, but here is the starting point.
