Front ballast won't fill

I have a Supra V20 Sunsport 2012 and the front ballast tank won't fill. The switch lights up but the pump doesn't make a sound. Both back tanks are fine. I've checked the breaker and reset it a couple of times. Any ideas?

Did you check power to the pump housing?
