Does anyone know what this part is called?

I was working on my boat today and noticed water coming out of this part. It looks like one of the welds have rusted out. What is this part called and know where to get one? I have a 1991 Mariah if that helps.

That is the transmission cooler. I would think skidim.com could get that for you or a search on ebay

Make sure your transmission fluid isn't contaminated.
