'06 24SSV drivers seat

Hey does anyone know how to remove the drivers seat on the 24'? The 2 rear bolts have come loose and the seat can rock forward. I can't figure out how to get to the boots and nuts as it looks like they're captured in the plastic/fiberglass under the seat.

I have a 2004 Launch and had the same issue. On mine, the fiberglass base is lag bolted into the floor. I unscrewed and the had full access to the seat bolts to tighten them. 10 minute project for mine. Maybe add some lock tight or nylon nuts in place of the ones that came loose.
