2011 Launch 242 Excessive Radio Static while Engines are on

Im thinking this is a ground issue, anyone have any insight though? I just bought the boat and would like to get it figured out. Thank you!

Static or hum, whine? rpm based or just constant with engine running? Is it heard from all speakers or just those driven by a particular amp? Certainly could be a ground loop issue, but not isolated to a component ground issue. More info on total system would help.
