I got one from big air and it was simple to install and nice considering the shop is about 30 min from my place. Would recommend the stainless over the aluminum just for the design.

Try New Dimensions OEM builder for SUPRA. They make a custom tower to fit your boat not a universal fit.

So they make a factory fit tower for the older boats for less then the cost of the boat???

Cheap is cheap quality is quality and price is price where do you want to skimp. One can build a tower out of 2x4s and bailing wire for next to nothing and that may be fine for some I have learned the most costly way to do anything is to have to do it twice because it was done cheap the first time.

Try a Monster Tower. I put one on my 1990 Sunsport Classic. Not only is it a great tower, but the customer service was exceptional.

Michael, I do have a universal tower and guarantee it is extremely solid.
After I installed it I had all the joints welded and will get it powder coated after I finish the floor/stringers. But honestly spending 3-6k for a custom one off tower for a 6-7k boat is crazy when you can get a 1k universal get the joints welded after it's fitted and have a very solid tower.

I installed a New Dimension tower 1 month ago to my 88 Comp. Took 4 hrs in one night. It looks terriffic and mounted perfectly. It folds forward to put in the garage. It has a swivel rope holder on top like malibu. It is brushed alum and even has the supra logo in black on the two horizontal side pipes. I will try and take a few pictures this weekend. We have been using it too much to stop and snap pictures. The tubing is 1-5/8" which actually looks better on such an old boat as opposed to 2" or 2-1/4" that the universal guys are selling. It came with large pre-bent backing plates and they even included a quart of Dynaglass which I used to glass-in the backing plates. The tower was packed to the max and arrived without any scratches. I get nothing but compliments.

I have a monster tower on my '86 Saltare and love it. Last time I was on their website, they had the black Monster Tower on sale for about $1000.

www.newdimensiontowers.com is the website. I bought mine from them. I can hopefully post some pics next week. It has been a great addition to my Comp. Took one evening and two people to install. The even sent a quart of dynaglass to glass in the backing plates!

Best tower to put on your ts6m is the pro x fly high tower. I just put one on my 88 comp and it looks amazing. It's strong and it's stainless which is great. For $1700 it looks way better than any other tower.
