I am having the interior upholstery replaced and the guy doing the work is having trouble with the vinyl that covers the rear storage cover/cushion hinges. The original looks like a straight piece of piping integral with the hinges. He already discarded the old pieces, so I don't know how it was done originally. I need photos from the bottom side of the hinges with the cover open. Can anyone with an 88 Comp help me out?
This interior replacement job has been a nightmare. The guy doing the work is definitely not a craftsman, but he came highly recommended.
If you ever have get an upholstery job, make them save all of the old pieces until you know everything is right.
