When is the 2019 supras coming out to public and what's new on them?

Pretty sure the SE will get released today. That will be new redesign for this year. Dealers will know.

New - I'm only guessing from word on the street:
Sub Floor Ballast - at least 4K of Standard or More
New Hull or Interior Colors
New Technology for the next gen of Swell 3.0 or next Autowake
New Dash - Touch Screen - Larger. Maybe 2 screens.
Folding Tower - probably like the SL
Walk thru on the rear/New Seating
Ballast Bag Sensors/System
Dual Pumps on Each Bag
New 450 Motor - the new 24' Moomba came with a new gear ratio on the 450.
Locker and Engine trays like a Moomba
Not sure about the Hull redisign. Betting it's deeper.
