Heater core

2008 Supra launch 22SSV. Heater core under the helm appears to be leaking. Floor around it is pretty wet. Is it easier to pull it out from the front storage cubby under the seat or from under the helm. Any comments are appreciated on how to remove and what would possibly be leaking.

Disconnect it from under the bow seat. It's pretty easy to deal with. If you're a cheapskate like me and the core itself is leaking, take it to Auto Zone and have them let you look through the book for one that will fit. I think some older Chevy van or Mustang or something fits it, and one for a mid-2000's Audi will fit with a bit of heater box modding. I think I paid $70 for the Audi one. The stock replacement is hundreds.
