Has anyone out there installed their own transom shower recently? Was it fairly easy to do? Do you have any pictures of the process of installing it? My dealer wants $495 installed for a Heatercraft shower. I found a complete kit at http://www.boatersoutlet.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=767 for $199. That was the best deal I found, they went all the way up to $300 for the kit on other sites.

If anyone had any pics of where they had their controls and pump mounted I would love to see them.

Thanks!

This thread on Wakeworld. It is a pretty cool setup for around 100 dollars in parts. That being said the one you linked to looks like a whole lot less work to install for 90 dollars more.

Hope this helps.

I installed an heatercraft S112sc shower system this weekend in my Moomba LSV. Figure out how to do it was more dificult then installing it.
It works great, everything is in the shower kit.

If anyone need some pictures how i did it i can make some pictures of how its installed next time i am at my boat.

Nice setup but these the controle valve doesen't looks nice. For about $ 300 you have an complete heatercraft set with nice valves.

I will post pictures as soon as i am at my boat.

That looks really good! Nice job! I like the idea of powering off of the fuel pump, nice. Thanks for posting those pics.

Thanks, hope that it was of any help. I know how difficult it is to find everything out yourself.

Let me know what setup you choose
